Survey of service members and veterans

Dear Colleagues,

We are partnering with Secretary Francisco A. Ureña of the Massachusetts Department of Veterans’ Services to survey service members and veterans about organ and tissue donation. We feel this is an important study that has potential to help veterans in the future.

While we know a lot about organ donation in general, nobody has ever asked service members and veterans about their attitudes toward organ and tissue donation. With so many veterans waiting for an organ transplant, organ donation is an important topic for us to better understand.

We are asking for your help in reaching out to the veteran community as efficiently as possible. We are happy to discuss our survey with you directly. Please forward this email to your veteran constituents via your existing email distribution list. You are also eligible to take the survey. The following link will take you to the secure and anonymous survey. It can be completed on a mobile phone, tablet, or computer using any web browser.
