The email below (way below)was sent to our 1110 new members joining in September. It included the three attachments above. The 4th attachment Periods of Wars is for you. The list is for you. Which state got 30% of these new members?
The stats for September
1110 new members annual and life (58.9 yrs. old, 105 female veterans)
921 Annuals Some joined for 2 and three years. Average age of the Annuals 59 years old, 81 females annual members average age of 46 years old.
164 Life members average age 58.5, there are 22 female life members average age 55
55% emails 614 emails were captured out of 1110 members. These age groups have emails. Cell Phone numbers are becoming more important in this age of texting Please take the time to insure we can communicate with our members. Remember engagement.
So what does this tell you about recruiting new members? Who is reaching for AMVETS on the VSO shelf and purchasing our product.
The 46 year old female is buying. How can you appeal to others. The 46 year old female is a veteran of the Afghanistan and Iraq wars.
If you make a brochure which picture will she relate to? Get your pictures here Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DVIDS). Know their wars. Where are they hanging out?
