More Info

Hello everyone,  here’s some information sent to me from the USO (United Service Organization).  Remember, you don’t have to be a Veteran to  Volunteer.  Send this out to your contacts and maybe swamp them with volunteers.

As part of the Salute to Service campaign, the Patriots will pay tribute to all of the lives that were lost during the Vietnam War.

From Thursday, Nov. 8 through Monday, Nov. 12, Patriot Place will host the Moving Wall, the half-sized replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. For individuals that have not had an opportunity to go to Washington, the Moving Wall will provide children and families a chance to honor the brave men and women that sacrificed their lives for our country.

The Kraft family and the New England Patriots are currently seeking volunteers to watch over the memorial while it is in Foxborough. Visitors will be able to check out the Moving Wall at all hours of the day so the memorial requires 24-hour watch. If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the link below.

The USO strengthens our military and their families by keeping them connected to home, family and country.
